In order to comprehensively assess the skill level and practical operational abilities of various positions and motivate employees to strive for professional improvement, as well as to further enhance the learning atmosphere of "Skills, Showcase, and Development," and comprehensively improve the professional literacy and skill level of production center employees, the company organized two rounds of the 2023 Production Center Skills Contest from November 30th to December 1st and from December 6th to December 8th.

 

Activity One:

From November 30th to December 1st, the first competition was successfully held. This competition mainly included competitions in the disassembly and assembly of centrifugal pumps, unmanned aerial vehicle photovoltaic inspection operations, electric hoist operations, and eight subjects in seven positions. According to the subject settings, workshops organized employees to undergo pre-competition training in their spare time, ensuring that employees participate in the competition in the best possible condition.

Activity Two:

From December 6th to December 8th, the second round of the 2023 Production Center Skills Contest officially began. It included projects such as regular maintenance of granulators, hoisting bag operations with electric hoists, and switching of circulating water pumps in the power station. During the competition, everyone participated enthusiastically and fully demonstrated their skills.

After this stage of competition, the 2023 Production Center Skills Contest has successfully concluded. This skills contest aimed to promote learning through competition and is an important measure to comprehensively assess the business qualities and comprehensive skills of employees in the production center.

 

Through this competition, it greatly stimulated the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees, cultivated a spirit of teamwork, and improved the cohesion of the company. More importantly, this skills contest provided a good opportunity for employees in various positions to communicate, learn, and improve. Deputy general manager Yanju Zhang believes that everyone can take this competition as an opportunity to recognize their own shortcomings and engage in targeted training and learning.
