Chongqing Wankai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2018, covering an area of 800 acres. The first, second, and third phases of the project were completed and put into operation in March 2020, January 2022, and May 2023, respectively. Currently, It has a production capacity of 1.8 million tons and can achieve an annual output value of about 15 billion yuan. The completion of Chongqing Wankai has effectively filled the gap in polyester bottle chips in the western region and become one of the important bottle level chip production bases in the world.
